Data Protection Declaration
Introduction
ArcFlow GmbH takes protecting your personal data very seriously. In accordance with the telecommunications data protection law, the state contract for media services and the German data protection law we outline below exactly how we collect and process your personal data.
Using Our Online Service
Exempt are areas which can only be accessed in association with customer-related services requiring specific identification.
Recording Personal Data
When our online services are used information is stored for statistical purposes. This information may possibly allow the user’s identity to be determined (for example, IP address, which page was called up and when, i.e. on what date and at which time). This data shall be referred to in the following as “technical data”.
Any other additional personal data (name, address, e-mail address and other similar information) also recorded during online usage is provided entirely voluntarily, this being clearly evident to the user (for example, through filling in a contact form). This data shall be referred to in the following as “personal data”. Furthermore, the storage of this data requires the user’s explicit consent – the granting of which is then documented.
Storage and Processing of Personal Data
When processing technical data for evaluation purposes this data remains completely anonymous. No associations are made to any personal data. The data is automatically deleted at the end of the evaluation period.
Personal data is only stored in areas not publicly accessible. The data can only be used by those persons authorised to do so in relation to specific technical or commercial processes.
Circulation of Personal Data to Third Parties
Neither technical nor personal data is passed on to third parties except in cases where the user has already provided us with his explicit consent. Should we, however, be subject to a legal requirement or court ruling making it necessary to pass on your data, we shall transfer it to those bodies authorised to collect it.
Deletion of Personal Data
If you have provided us with personal data you may have us delete it at any time. You may also block access to any data which may not be deleted due to legal provisions. Inhibiting access protects this data from future usage.
